Products & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable charges as shown at checkout.
• We try to keep product details and stock accurate, but errors can occur. If a listed item is unavailable or mispriced, we will contact you and offer a refund or alternative.
• Refurbished units are one-of-a-kind. Each is sold as inspected and described, with a 30-day workshop warranty unless stated otherwise.

Orders & payment

• Payment is collected online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).
• An order is confirmed once payment is successful. We'll contact you on WhatsApp or phone to arrange delivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order (with full refund) if we cannot fulfil it.

Delivery

• We currently deliver across West Bengal.
• Delivery timing depends on your location and the items ordered; we'll share an estimate after your order.
• Free delivery applies on orders above the threshold shown at checkout.

Returns & warranty

• Manufacturing defects on new goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
• Refurbished units carry a 30-day workshop warranty covering the work we performed.
• For any issue, contact us within the warranty period and we'll inspect, repair, or replace as appropriate.
• Items damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear are not covered.

Services

Repair and rewinding quotes are provided after inspection. Service work carries a 30-day workshop warranty on the work performed. Timelines are estimates and may vary with parts availability.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
